Fucking and Being Fucked

What are the risks of HIV/STDs for HIV-negative tops and bottoms?

Being a top (insertive anal sex) is about 10 times less risky than being a bottom (receptive anal sex). An HIV-negative bottom is definitely more at risk for getting HIV and/or STD’s from a top that is HIV-negative. If you are topping and have
skin abrasions, painful or painless sores or have HIV or another STD, there is a risk of giving things to your partner and getting things from them. Using condoms reduces risk substantially. STDs like gonorrhea, Chlamydia, syphilis and herpes can increase the risk of transmitting HIV to either partner.
