Sucking/Being Sucked

Should I spit or swallow?

Oral sex and swallowing cum is low risk for HIV infection. There are definitely case reports and individual experiences suggesting HIV can be spread through oral sex but is much less risky than having unprotected anal sex. To reduce risk to zero, spit don’t swallow (but truthfully, there is no evidence to support this).

You CAN get STDs from sucking a guy with one. Syphilis, shigella (if the receiver has just topped someone else), gonorrhea and Hep A can be transmitted during unprotected oral sex. These are not necessarily dependent on whether you spit or swallow. All of these STDs are
3-5x’s more likely to be transmitted to the giver if either partner is HIV+.
